The customer required to automate the decoration of microfiber cloths using pad printing technology without the assistance of an operator.

We realized a pick-up system for microfiber cloths using an anthropomorphic arm and a gripping hand equipped with a silicone pad. By taking advantage of the different surface tension of the pad compared to the microfiber cloth, we were able to pick up the cloths individually and deposit them on a station ready to be decorated.
