Plastic Box Decoration System

customer requirement
The client needed to automate the decoration of several models of polypropylene boxes. The print had to be done on all 4 sides, in multiple colors, removing the manual intervention of operators.
solution
We implemented a feeding system using motorized roller conveyors to feed two anthropomorphic robots equipped with self-centering pneumatic grippers. Each robot handles the loading of boxes from one line, their loading onto the screen-printing machine, and the unloading at the end of the line. No operator intervention is required in the printing process.
