The customer required the decoration by hot stamping of pastry packages of different sizes and heights, thus reducing machine set-up time to zero (cliché change) and eliminating the stationary presence of an operator.

We realized a working island consisting of a rotary table equipped with No. 2 hot stamping machines and No. 2 rotary tables with 4 loading and unloading stations serving a 6-axis robot, in charge of:
- Box pickup
- Positioning and printing
- Unloading into stacks of 100 pieces
During the work cycle, the operator can set up the second hot stamping machine in the safety area ready for the next production run, thereby eliminating downtime.
